Biggest Fitness Achievement: Being 3 time Soccer Provincial Champs

Motivation for Becoming a Personal Trainer: I’ve played soccer since I was 4 and I fell in love with weight training along the way. Weight training allowed me to feel empowered on and off the field. I became a PT to help others feel empowered and strong in their body as well.
